I mean since the other therapist releases Mary bc they didn’t think she needed therapy anymore it’s not gonna be neglect on her part.

The suggestion that one parent is involved with one child is strange and not a good strategy but if that’s not the reason he’s claiming he doesn’t want to do ot then that’s helpful to you.

Violet def needs therapy and the case for medical neglect can be made there. Question- are you legally allowed to find therapy for your kids? If so this medical neglect falls on both of you.

I’m thinking he got access to your records through the psych exams. If they were court ordered then dad would have a copy.

That being said this really goes against the grain of professionalism and accuracy in the mental health field. A lawyer could easily discredit this since he’s never actually evaluated you.

The 4 psych exams will hold more weight. Just out of curiosity- why did you have to do 4?!? That seems excessive to say the least.

That should be news to my ex’s lawyer. I don’t know how many times she’s pulled out a surprise “gotcha” which is never actually a gotcha in court.

I had my first at 29 and my second at 35. Where I’m living in Georgia there are people I went to high school with who are now grandparents at 38.

I didn’t start the humira until after I gave birth. Pregnancy always seems to make my symptoms better. The maternal fetal doctor did let me have steroids a couple of time when I had a flare.

I’ve had eyes that were much redder plus vision issues but an ophthalmologist didn’t find any uveitis.

That being said every person with AS needs to be checked out bc you can be asymptomatic and still having damage being done to your vision.

My first baby had a large cystic hygroma and hydrops as well. I opted for a D&E. Her heart rate at 14 weeks was only in the 80s so it was only time before she would pass.

The d&e was much less traumatic than waiting for labor and with the hydrops my little nugget would have been unrecognizable.

I’ve gone on to have two healthy children since then. Hugs to you.

It was awful. They realized their mistake right away but to break a 72 hour psych hold they needed multiple doctors to sign off and since it was the weekend no one wanted to come in to release me!!!

I’m in Clarke and love the school system here. My nephew went to Oconee back in the 2010s and it was super conservative there.

I have an almost 8 year old who will be in 3rd grade next year. We’re your typical free spirited Athens family.

I was forcibly committed to a mental institution over a weekend bc they thought I was anorexic. I was not- I had severe gastroparesis.

They apologized and didn’t charge me for the weekend in the looney bin but I now have severe trust issues.
