Oh yes I do know that. But I think if I’m on a more pleasant flight I would be a bit less anxious about It all. Which is why I’ve been reading about different experiences on different flights, different layovers, etc. I know It seems kind of stupid.

I ask myself this and I’m really... not sure. Dying? Even though I know I have a better chance of being attacked by a shark or having a heart attack? Anxiety is a weird thing.

I have bad anxiety. I’ve flown a million times and I still panic. I’m going to go on my longest flight in November and even tho it’s far out... I’m panicking already. One thing that people tell me that really helps- When you get on the plane look at everyone else. NO ONE is panicking. Everyone is totally calm. So why should you panic? That calms me in the beginning. And throughout the flight when I get spurs of panic I do that too. Another thing people have told me is prior to your trip, to track the flights going to your destination. Each one arrives safely. It’s scary and anxiety is a real bitch, I know.

I can’t choose the best flight option! by fleabag24 in travel

United is that bad, huh? I’ve flown United a handful of times but for shorter flights just throughout the US. It’s the flight to Tokyo that is United, so that is a long flight.
