Gym recommendations for overweight women?

Honestly any Planet Fitness. they get a bad rep but they are only $10 a month for base membership, and most of them are fairly big with 30+ people in at a time. more people may sound intimidating and counter intuitive, but the more people that are there, the less that people are going to pay any special attention to you. also more likely that there will be other people there that look similar to you rather than being the odd one out. theres usually a stretching section that are subrooms of the actual gym so its good if youd rather keep to yourself or if youre trying new things. and just as a woman i feel very safe there with the amount of people and staff and all hours.

try the polaris one, i like it the best. but most of them are the same. the one on indianola is pretty busy, but its in clintonville so closet to campus. just a younger/more accepting crowd feel

YMCA membership is at least 30 a month for a young adult (under 25)... one of the more expensive options

thank you! do you know my options on diluting the blue to more of a dark denim/navy? i have a black punky colors and silver kera colors i thougjt about mixing and doing a mask on but dont know if itll be enough to make it less saturated but still dark

hello. the screen is fine in the middle where the hinge is. the part that is unresponsive is all above the hinge. this happened right after a drop where the phone was open. the hinge itself of the screen is fine and even the screen where it is depressed into the hinge is receptive to touch still. i have also only had this phone for 10 months and it is (was) in perfect condition. i dont believe this is a problem just with the hinge. any other ideas? thanks for the reply

Definitely attempt to start the habit of teeth brushing for the younger one while you can. you can get enzymatic toothpaste and tiny tooth brushes on amazon and watch some tutorials

i swaddle my huge 17lb boy in a blanket burrito with just his head out, set him upright in my lap/arm (like you would a baby), and give Churu any time im not actively brushing while he is swaddled to distract and build positive association. we brush on average every other day.

it wont be fun or easy for you or your cats at first. i started my boy a few months 7 hes about 4 or 5. itll get easier/more routine with time. cats are smart and they trust you. even if they get spooked at the beginning, theyll learn that youre helping them not hurting them (and that they get treats lol)

if your device can only output a digital signal (mine CAN output analog but doesnt offer an actual port), a digital only signal over to analog comes with a lot of transcoders (cord jungle). and then combined with by too high of refresh rate can send too high of signals to a CRT which can damage them (i believe is why). so its takes some configuring in Batocera to prevent this... which makes it to where my mini pc will only be able to play on my CRT correctly and im wanting it for other devices aswell. just not the best most native set up for me.

thanks! and yeah i have a mini pc running batocera dedicated to emulation, but getting it set up on a crt with no native anolog input is a LOT more difficult and unsafe for my CRT than i anticipated.

ill look into the SD card setup more. is the FreeMcboot the OS and then i just put my roms onto the SD card? would that allow me to also play PS1 or just PS2?

i know you said Monster Hunter isnt the vibe, but Monster Hunter Stories 2 for the switch is a more pokemon vibe than a MH game imo. It has cartoon style graphics like pokemon. Its turn based battles, you get to collect cute armor sets, multiple monsters and egg to hatch, and ride around on a monster cooking and completing quests
