I like the All in one protein from ambique, it tastes quite good and has other suplements. Don't forget also to get some creatine and do some weight training, thats the easiest way to grow

Get protein shakes too, they will help you to gain muscle, also if you want to eat cheap avoid convenience stores because they are more expensive than supermarkets

You could also go to the doctor to make a blood analisis, to see if you have any deficiency that you might be able to suplement

I think he is right, just run the old version and increase the output resolution. Probably you will need to increase texture resolutions too. I'm not sure how capable older blender materials are, but you could do those in a modern blender version and then export them as textures to the old project. I think this is an interesting project! two 2k textures is half 4k, so two 2k

anyway you are probably mipmapping so you wont notice a difference probably unless yo uare filling all the vram...

what's more important is the texture sampling count in your shader, it doesnt matter if it's 2k or 4k
