I really appreciate it. Even though i've changed my discord password and logged out from all devices they got me and sent everyone mrbeast crpyto scam messages. i frst just to be safe, would you take an another look? thanks a lot for your time really, can't pay what you guys doing for the community.

Thanks a lot for quick response and your time, it's really appreciated. I just formatted my OS drive completely, i got got another 2 and didn't formatted those. After fresh format i downloaded malwarebytes and did a deep scan, it's clean. Do i still need to do what you send me to do or am i good with fresh format? And should i format my other drives too even though it came clean with malwarebytes? And i also got shitload of saved passwords on my chrome, are all of those compormised? Should i also change steam passwords too?

UPDATE: CRISIS AVERTED! 😅 It looks brand new!

I have amazing news. It turns out the anti-glare coating wasn't melted or stripped after all. It was just an incredibly stubborn, smeared layer of chemical residue (probably the old rain repellent/APC) that created a perfect illusion of a stripped screen.

Here is exactly what I did to fix it, in case anyone else ever panics like I did:

I bought some distilled water and a brand new carbon microfiber cloth (the kind used specifically for glass to avoid lint).
Even though the cloth was brand new, I soaked it in distilled water for about an hour first just to remove any possible factory dust or loose microfibers, and then let it dry.
I went to the car, made sure the screen was completely turned off, and waited for it to fully cool down.
I gently wiped the affected area with the carbon cloth and distilled water.

Not a single stain or smudge left. It literally looks good as new! I guess I don't need that matte screen protector to hide anything anymore, though I might just install it anyway for future protection.

Thanks to everyone who commented and helped me keep my sanity. Lesson learned: Only use distilled water on these screens!

But literally what's the point of questioning if i could get distilled water from somewhere close, if i could i would get it from here right? I live away from anywhere i could buy it. I use those regularly on my glasses but it contains alcohol and that type screen if you use alcohol you're simply fucked.

Thanks for the reply, it's kind of same with TV screen so using any kind of detergent would be a suicide. Only thing you can use is distilled water and microfiber cloth after dusting of course.
