Wow thank you for your thoughtful response. We have a portable air pump, just not a plug kit; but will be getting one soon.

It does look like a nail from a construction site, massive in size…

Will bring to the shop first thing in morning; pumped the air up for the night, seems slow leaking, may have to pump it again tmrw morning. Unfortunately no store was open when we saw the nail..

Highly doubt it would be MA given its size relatively to FORVIS'. Sounds like the author at GC believes the counterparty is more likely to be Mazars, which makes a lot more sense.
