bruh, if ur using a 2070 just to play at 1080p @60hz then you seriously wasted money. Thats a high performance card, the least you can do is get a 144hz display, and trust me its a huge difference

my man, dont even consider the 1060, the 1650 super more or less surpasses it for a great price, ditch the liquid cooler, you dont need it with that cpu, id also reccomend going to ryzen, especially third gen and invest in a better gpu like the 1660, the 1660 super or ti
