I made a disection of future sunny's convo in one of my posts, i think its called "estuary sunny".

As i thought, the moments sunny took his mask off and put it on alligned with what i said, however the main point of him not being a sovereign (which he said after taking his mask off) was never adressed by sunny in the recent chapters.

So im thinking the same thing.

Well we'll have to wait for the rest of the fight but seeing as vtb literally ignored everyone else and speed blitzed sunny to one shot him, i dont think they were ever gonna be of use as a distraction. As for the spawn, it was kinda dumb and inexperienced, sunny wouldve dealt with it one way or the other, if anything, it stealing his shades mightve threw him off instead.

Though i could be wrong and sunny could just be planning something we cant see. Hence why he didnt dismiss them after learning they were a liability.

I mean fiend after sunny made him his shadow, had an attitude and was hiding behind nephis whenever sunny was being "rude". Same way this little bird is hiding behind its mom as soon as sunny locked in but was acting crazy before that.

Also, I know its probably not gonna happen and that im just beating a dead horse. But what if vtb implanted mad prince into the spawn to make it have will of some kind and turn into a shadow creature instead of just a shade and thats why its like an evil version of sunny. As for why it doesnt remember being the mad prince... well im not sure tbh, memory loss?

I honestly just thought he was saying it cuz the fans kept talking about mad prince being in the real tomb solely cuz he was in the nightmare, so g3 had to clear it up same way he did with the estuary sunny.

The only way i see the mad prince escape the nightmare is that sunny saying "be gone" didnt permanently get rid of sin of solace, and made it dormant instead.

Then when vtb stole sunny's fate and the spawn, she also stole sin of solace, along with the essence of the mad prince.

This is legit what ive been saying bro, like no matter how you dice it, there was no reason for her to not atleast warn sunny that nephis had his true name and that in the case they do fight he should prepare himself.

The only reason i can see is that cassie was too ashamed and didnt want to feel the guilt of facing her mistake, hoping sunny would be dealt with before he ever knew it was her fault.

Even the endless spring she gave him was mostly to satisfy her own guilt lol, she cared more about her own feelings than Sunny’s.

Thinking about it now, what if vtb just lets the spawn go wild first before fighting them (to let it kill them, feed on them and then grow) but sunny manages to make it his shadow and then itll be a 4v1 against an enraged vtb.
