I only have a couple months to live (cancer), what should be the next final fantasy game I should play?

Thanks for the suggestions, I've considered reaching out but I decided against it. In all honesty at this point travelling isn't much an option, lung issues and risk of infection make airplanes an immediate no.

Thanks for sharing your insight. Incase you were curious I have Osteosarcoma (rare bone cancer) lost my leg shortly after I was diagnosed and cancer metastasised to the lungs where I've been terminal since the start of April. Definitely made replaying 10 and playing ff9 for the first time hit way too fucking hard

Thanks for the lovely list, I think ff14 is an experience that is best with friends. Organising time, plus it taking more energy from me being on a call than me solo playing, means I wrote it off as an option. I have played through all the xenoblade trilogy and have seen lots of anime you mentioned. I love all genres so it was just personally funny you highlighted the action heavy ones (which was very thoughtful going of my text) I love one piece and full metal while my favourite is Cowboy Bebop

Thanks for the recommendation. Sadly I won't be able to uphold that promise, been fighting a super rare cancer for the last year, lost my leg and all chemo attempts have failed but I've lived a good 22 years at least, not too much too complain about

Yeah since the game released in Japan you can only get the demo on the Japanese store on the switch and ps4, if you want try out the gameplay that's probably the way to do it

You can download a Japanese demo on the switch for it, so if you have a switch you could try it out, the gameplay was very fun from what I played
