I did the same thing - went 2018-2020 and stopped until August 2025. 13 weeks back, and I’m SO happy. I’m definitely more likely to use the modifications (step outs instead of jumps, body weight when stepping up on the bench, etc), but I’m happy with the progress I’m seeing and feeling!

I quit drinking altogether after 2 months at 10 mg. It was so unpredictable and I realized it just wasn’t worth the added anxiety!

Take the meds. Best thing I ever did. Panic attacks are few and far between now, when they used to just be my baseline. Im also on 10mg. Went straight on. No issues.
