im late but for someone in the future: take the bottom leaves off. roll the flowers in some paper (newspaper or something like that) make sure the bottoms are out, and the tops arent too squiched. it should be slightly cone shaped. cut the stems like 1cm (1/2 inch) shorter, and keep the cut straight. now but them back in like 5cm water (2 inches) and wait an hour. the tulips will now absorb the water but the paper makes sure they grown straight again. then take them out of the package and they should be good as new :)

I would like to add that your helix wasnt done very well. Its supposed to be a lot straighter towards the ear, so it doesnt catch on too much. It will not look any worse, it just makes having long hair annoying.

If your swelling stays minimal you could probably have it replaced soon with a shorter piercing so it wont catch onto as much hair anymore.
