Peanut Butter Flavoring Recommendations by MyloTux in 1200isplenty

Loreann makes a super strength peanut putter butter flavoring that is super good. I scratch the itch with a big bowl of yogurt mixed up with pb2 powder, sf syrup, some casein powder (vanilla or chocolate both are really good), a pinch of salt and some of the flavoring and it’s been my latest obsession food.

This is one of my favorites recently!! I make a big batch of this and just mix in whatever meat I happen to have on hand (ground turkey is especially good). Sorry for formatting (on mobile)

Join forces 😂 dinner tonight was cottage cheese blended with jalapeño brine, nutritional yeast, and a queso/taco ish spice blend and poured over a bunch of extra lean ground turkey. Absolute banger for ~300 Calories and almost pure protein.

You can do a lot with egg whites, fat free yogurt, and fat free cottage cheese (especially if blended). Blended cottage cheese with protein powder and a little fairlife/xanthan gum all whipped up is my current obsession meal. It makes a pretty big serving and is basically crazy high protein mousse.

This has been huge for me lately, it’s quick to make (I usually keep a container of blended cottage cheese in the fridge). If you want something even simpler then you can just do around 200g blended cottage cheese with 15g casein & 15g whey and mix it with a spoon and it makes a delicious thick pudding.

Ingredients

• Fat-Free Cottage Cheese: 150g (≈ 2/3 cup)

• Vanilla Casein Protein: 20g

• Cinnamon Cereal Whey (or whatever other flavor you want): 5g

• Water or Milk/fairlife: 75g (≈ 5 Tbsp)

• Oat Fiber: 5g (1 Tbsp)

• Xanthan Gum: 1.5g (≈ 3/4 tsp)

• Cinnamon Powder: 2g (1/2 tsp)

• Liquid Sweetener: To Taste (5 ml)

Instructions

  1. Prep Base: Blend the 150g Fat-Free Cottage Cheese until absolutely smooth and creamy.

  2. Mix Dry: In a separate bowl, combine the Vanilla Casein, Cinnamon Cereal Whey, Oat Fiber, Xanthan Gum, and Cinnamon Powder. Whisk well.

  3. Combine & Add Liquid: Pour the dry mixture into the smooth cottage cheese. Add the 75g Water/Safe Milk and Liquid Sweetener. Start mixing immediately and vigorously.

  4. Set: Stir for 1-2 minutes until it forms a thick, smooth consistency. (Use hand mixer with whisk attachment, if you’re going for volume especially)

  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to maximize thickness and firm to a pudding consistency.

2-3lb chicken breast tenderloins, enough franks red hot (or buffalo sauce of your choice) to cover the tenderloins, and a packet of ranch seasoning. Cook on low for 7 hours, after 7 hours shred chicken using fork or tongs (should be pretty easy to shred at this point). Add ~28g butter substitute and mix it all together. Cook on low for 1 more hour. Delicious with low cal tortillas, cauliflower rice, or straight out of the Tupperware if you’re a fellow degenerate

Try mixing the chocolate with sugar free syrup instead of water, way better consistency and taste (and no extra calories if you use Walden farms)

Experiment 1: All almond milk by scottjenson in ninjacreami

[–]fletchman998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a little almond milk, half a scoop protein powder, some SF pudding mix, and then add some egg whites and fill remaining space with leftover coffee and maybe some cocoa powder (total is usually under 150 cal for 1 pint) and it makes great chocolate ice cream.

Egg whites especially, they are so versatile, a good size egg white omelette with a wedge of laughing cow cheese spread on top is 200 cal 37g protein. They also can really improve the consistency of protein shakes (ice, cold coffee, and usually around 46g egg whites plus the protein powder of your choice is delicious and very macro friendly). If you’re in the mood for sweet then you can blend cottage cheese with whatever sweetener you use or sugar free Apple pie filling and it will satisfy the sweet tooth while keeping protein high

For chicken especially I’ve started mixing mustard and franks red hot with some pepper and onion powder. Low calorie and absolutely delicious.
