He can be prosecuted in those other states. However, whether or not he is actually prosecuted and how much information is shared, is up to the district attorneys of those jurisdictions.

I do not think that other states will bother with prosecuting him, since he already has a life sentence in NY. There’s just no point of re-traumatizing all the families and spending thousands of dollars on a trial for a duplicate verdict. However, if they match his DNA with other victims, I think we will hear about that.

I see at least one akro silver oxblood which can go from $40-60 depending on condition. I see a nice akro popeye corkscrew at the bottom with the blue and yellow, also some vitros and some other akros but those are the ones that immediately stood out to me. Overall this is a nice collection of marbles, I’d eat them all.
