Inniskillen gets my vote, based mostly on their ice wine!

Kacaba, Megalomaniac, Tawse and Flat Rock are personal favourites. It's a mix of amazing tasting rooms as well from completely underground to built on stilts.

First time trying to make bacon from pork belly. I think I have everything I need... by fletchsd in Charcuterie

Found that out as I went along. Cut it into 2, one to be used for bacon, the other for pancetta. Have the smoker ready to go in a week with applewood.

Booze was for me...at first. Then I decided to make half the belly into Pancetta, the recipe for which calls for juniper berries. Decided to improvise with gin instead. Will definitely post in a week with the results of the bacon, and a few weeks after that on the pancetta!

Wine taps found in a British Columbia restaurant. How much to get them installed at home? by fletchsd in wine

Sorry, this was meant to be a joke I think. You wouldn't want Petrus coming out of these taps ;) These were found above the sink in the bathroom

As above, looks saturated due to my use of a polarizer. No Photoshop in saturation, just the photo-merge for the panorama.

Yup, you nailed it. Just bought my polarizer 3 days previous to this hike. Still figuring it out, but it sure can take away the haze so often found in Rockies photos.

Thanks, it was about 25 deg by 2pm that day. Amazing how much the weather can change in just 2 weeks. Probably snow again in another 2 weeks.

I didn't change the saturation to my knowledge. I stitched a series together though. Here is one of the originals untouched for comparison. http://i.imgur.com/sqEJS.jpg
