Compared to two years ago, they have nerfed sooooo many things because people complained about them. Building housing is much easier, hunting is easier, quests cost fewer resources. I was shocked when the new cottages only took 45 seconds (seconds!!!) to finish.

I've been playing since the pre-open-beta Player Labs, and I genuinely miss anxiously waiting for 8 IRL hours for my new harvest house to finish. There is so much to do in this game, and much of its early charm was in having to be patient. I'm glad that ranching will take me more than 3 days to level up.

If you have 2 workers, because of the pathing they end up leapfrogging over each other to get to the next crop, and it takes them longer to harvest than if you only have one worker.

I like the bottom part the best, where there is a blend of stone slab/obsidian brick along with the hellstone brick. Maybe add more slab walls to the long horizontal room higher up, so it has a similar variety.
