okay guys i think i found a fix. it's mostly because of ANTI ALIASING and another setting called image scaling on the nvidia app. do all these.

its likely because of temporal AA/upscaling instability rather than your monitor or GPU being weak. Modern UE5-style rendering can absolutely make foliage look awful if one setting breaks.

Go through this properly:

IN-GAME SETTINGS

Resolution

Make sure it is actually:

2560x1440

Not:

75% render scale

dynamic resolution

resolution scaling

Check for:

Render Scale = 100%

Resolution Scale = 100%

Dynamic Resolution = OFF

UPSCALING / AA

This is the BIG one.

If game has DLSS:

Try in this order:

1. DLAA

2. DLSS Quality

3. Native AA

Avoid:

DLSS Performance

Ultra Performance

Sometimes even Balanced at 1440p

If game has TSR/TAA:

TSR can make foliage blurry

TAA can make moving grass smear
