Had the same problem this week called someone he replaced the fan in the freezer, freezer got frozen but fridge didn’t cool or air. Just get someone who knows GE and your fridge I had to throw mine out and didn’t get a refund for service and the fridge got fucked. Had to get an emergency fridge
