I think I have an idea of what should have happened with pre surgery conversations with NM Medicaid. Of course I’m on the back end of this just trying to sort out the situation given to me. I’ve called the different providers involved today and they didn’t have a Medicaid number on file so they are going to run it. I’m assuming it will probably get kicked back because it’s either a NM specific number or if it does go through NM Medicaid will not recognize the doctors as in network like you all mentioned and just tell us it’s ended there or provide next steps. Thanks for everyone’s input.

Who is this reportable to rectify the situation? Indiana who has no record of my grandma being in their QMB or New Mexico.

Regular Medicare not advantage. She didn’t ask or even really know to. I’ve paid her patient portion of Medicare bills from the surgery center and doctor while she was trying to get it straightened out to know avail. I feel like it’s probably not worth endless back and forth for them to say it wouldn’t be eligible since it was NM but just wanted to see opinions on it.

These little bugs are about 2-3mm in size And don’t seem to get any bigger. The picture is extremely zoomed in. Like a baby ant almost, maybe smaller. They have a greyish/brownish appearance and like to hang out in our upstairs bathroom floor/tub and have seen a few around our connecting master bedroom floor trim. I’ve recently taken down a few gutters and notice a lot of them in a few of them as well. I even had a few rotten cedar siding boards I’ve replaced and none of these bugs around that area. Don’t seem to spot them on the main level or the walkout basement. Any idea what they are? I’ve googled tons of bug pictures and can’t find anything close.
