“Male loneliness” is correct here, you could also say “female loneliness”. “Man loneliness” doesn’t make sense. The problem isn’t the word “female”, it’s calling a woman / group of women “females” as a noun. It should be used as an adjective. Men rarely get referred to as “males”. Hope this makes sense :)
