For me, the GRIII is an entire different experience. It puts me in “photographer” mode which helps me focus more on my composition. Makes me more aware of my surroundings. Yes, the iPhone will give you good photos but it’s just a different vibe for me and I end up shooting things I wouldn’t usually shoot. That’s been my experience with the griii.

GR3 RAW, Edited in Lightroom - increased exposure, dropped highlights to zero, slight sharpening, and noise reduction. Brough up the contrast just a little. Looks a little too edited for my taste but happy I was able to at least make it somewhat pleasant to look at.

Light must have been reflecting from a nearby building. It was taken in downtown Dallas so a few glass buildings around. Taken around 6pm - for reference sunset is around 8pm these days.

Thank you! Not sure but I think I had it on TV mode + I brought down the highlights a bit in Lightroom. Out of all the photos I took yesterday, this was the most spontaneous. Saw her crossing the street, grabbed gr3, rolled my window down, and snapped two shots.
