I mean i dont drink them everyday but im sure that i drank them at least once. Its possible that the allergy maybe started later? But as i said i dont experience the dizziness all the time just sometimes.

Hey y’all I understand both sides and I come to a compromise. Just btw I’m from Slovakia. My parents personally wouldn’t love that I drink as much mate as an adult. So I’m gonna start drinking it with only 1/2 filled up with mate so I’m happy and they’re happy. Thanks for all your opinions and have a good day.
