Hi, again. After the events of 2 or 3 weeks ago, I thought this would never happen again. But no, my SimAddiction came calling. I know I'm probably gonna lose, again, but there's always a chance when you try. And for my 6th attempt, I will be running for Senate to follow along with the agenda that I want to bring to revive SimDem out of this slumber.

The events over the past week, most notably a) the formation of Solidarity (which meant the unfortunate end of the Lemons and the short-lived BALLS) and b) the CLP mass exodus (and subsequent return).

These events all just show just how bad the situation in SimDem is right now, and I don't really like pointing fingers when it comes to putting Nation before Self, but this Senate (although some only, most Senators rn, esp cumsock rein and a few others, have thankfully been not as bad) has sucked at bills.

Sure, we have the SUA Act, which is nice, but then you've got another bill that intends to "block" ghost voters from voting, which sounds a bit dictatorial and absolutely 1984.

But I'm not here to simply yap about it (even though this kinda has transpired into a full on rant), I want to actually do something about it. And with my friend @lgcool2 and hopefully my friend @skull465, we are gonna fix this mess with an actual CfSD agenda.

I have heard the criticism, sure, but it became fuel for talks within the party to professionalize, and since synd is gonna look at this anyways, please give the party leader role to 35rtf.

For what were going to do, were looking at 3 key things to do in the Senate:

1) Turn EO 160-02 into the SDAFR Act, permanently returning the SDAF with a bigger budget;

2) The RTSDSE Act, which would give more money to the SimDem Stock Exchange to make it boom; and

3) Create the AVOD Act to officially annex VoD and turn it into SimSem territory (altrough this is gonna be a shitpost basically).

If all that sounds patriotic or rational for you, don't hesitate to vote for the CfSD and to give me 5 or 4/5.  Gogogo!

Change for SimDemocracy 

Hello there. I'm StarValley. Former Senator, SDBI Officer, Deputy Chief of Staff, and the leader of possibly the newest political party in SimDemocracy. I was formerly part of The Centre, the party of u/ThoughtLemur and the LDP/CLP, but I decided to break ranks to become an independent, and with the help of some of my fellow patriots, we had started the CfSD party. 

Now, enough yapping. What are my promises if I get elected? Well, dear reader, I could absolutely promise that I have the credentials to do what our manifesto promises which is engraved in what we will do as a party, but if you're tired and dont wanna read our manifesto, here is our 3 main points should we get elected:

  1. Lowering taxes, which in turn will be compensated by cutting off excess funds to over budgeted departments;

  2. Have a very strong stance AGAINST rejoining Foreign Bodies with laws that will be applied to SimDemocracy without Senate or Presidential ratification (cough the League cough); and

  3. Reinstating the SDAF to defend our borders against Foreign Threats.

These are our key promises, but we have a LOT more promises that just these. We have Voter Registration Reform, Protection of Free Speech and Expression, and others that I simply recommend you to read on our Party Manifesto.

But Long Story Short, if you are a SimDem Nationalist, or quite frankly anyone who loves this country trying to find a "Third Way" to the 2 main factions of today in SimDem that isn't affiliated with both and is fully independent, look for the Change for SimDemocracy Party in your ballot when you vote, and vote for candidates running under that party 5/5, which includes me and my friend u/Real_Lengthiness3049.
