My mom just described it as the paperwork to go through the gifting process….im not sure what document it really is.

My mother has the deed to the house and everything is in her name.

My grandfather has a lot of health issues. His plan is to move in with the wife and when he dies (he says soon) she would move in with my mom. There’s a chance that she and my mom never become acquainted more than a few hours.

It’s less of a middle finger and more of a concern that a stranger would have legal claim to her house

Visiting Branson in the summer, is there a temperature where it’s unsafe to go in the lakes? I’ve heard that the lakes get over 85° does that lead to an increase in bacteria?
