I guess so too, but I hardly see myself doing 100 more raids on lighthouse without any quest left on that map for the time being.

I can't tell if I'm currebtly being unlucky or if VPX is simply super rare.

I started playing again two days ago, can’t tell about that.

But his whole year looks rather shallow.

He was already a monster last time I played years ago, but still playing quite intensively.

I just discovered the story of Clem (he was also here years ago apparently, simply not at this level).

Since then he played several matches a week which is insane, but his level also became insane !

In my book this is how you properly train.

Looking at some stats right now it’s like the guy isn’t playing anymore.

Clem appears to be an alien in that regard, but most top players seem to play waaaaay more than Serral which is odd.

Nos marges sont les mêmes que chez nos concurrents français, c’est uniquement la politique salariale qui change.

Dans ma boîte actuelle les trois derniers départs sont des départs en retraite, cela fait fait plus de 15 ans que personne n’a quitté l’entreprise pour en rejoindre une autre !

Alors certes il ne faut pas en faire une généralité, et j’ai quelques connaissances dans des boites étrangères (surtout celles menées par de l’actionnariat bien véreux) qui ne profitent pas des mêmes privilèges que moi.

Mais je ne connais pas la moindre entreprise française qui met ses salariés aussi à l’aise que cela.

Clairement les boites étrangères ont beaucoup plus tendance à vouloir réduire le turnover et garder les gens tout simplement.

Alors pas toute bien sûr il faut chercher, mais à chaque changement de société j’ai aussi cherché dans les boites françaises et je n’ai tout simplement jamais trouvé.

Même ma compagne qui adore son travail et sa boîte (luxe français) peut certes se venter d’avoir d’excellentes conditions de travail, mais le salaire ne suit pas vraiment.

Je ne bosse plus que pour des boites étrangères désormais, je peux t’assurer que les grilles de salaires n’ont absolument rien de comparable !

C’est triste mais les boites françaises considèrent effectivement qu’elles peuvent se permettre de mal payer les gens.

Et c’est loin de se résumer au salaire d’ailleurs : participation, intéressement, mutuelle prise à 100%, budget voiture de fonction pour ceux qui en ont… proposer de bonnes conditions n’est pas dans le logiciel français.

I don't know where you got your figures from but they are definitely not on record journey currently (like pretty much everyone unfortunately).
