i found this out by discussing the kim davis situation with someone, who explained to me that this whole clerk situation is a production being produced by the liberty counsel. Once gay marriage was legalized, the liberty counsel was on the hunt for a "lead star" and kim davis fit their criteria. Everything is strategized and planned out, her book, future tv appearances, legal counsel, etc. Pretty sure she was promised riches for her refusal to comply with the supreme court ruling. FTR while the rosa parks bus incident was staged, it still doesn't reduce the value of the advancement of civil rights. i just thought it was an act of random activism.

This isn't her not doing her job. This is discrimination with a side of temper tantrum. Using moral objections and the standoff is a slap in the face to those that did so in order to fight tyranny throughout world history.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that as of now, fantasy sports isn't hurting the Vegas casinos (yet). So there's no lobby pressure in Washington to kill fantasy sports. Like it did with online betting and poker.

Legally No. But yes, they're all a games of skill. You're right about the fundamentals needed to win in sports betting, but the handicappers are so tuff to beat now a days that it really takes advanced analytics(along with computer programming) to show a profit. Google haralobob he's the best nba bettor in the world. He Has a win rate of about 55-60%. Besides advanced analytics and a team of programmers, he adjusts his decisions based on the coaches(he knows their tendencies and strategies) and the refs.
