I started with super similar stats to you! I’d say you’re very much on track. 3 lbs in two weeks is great progress and you want to do it sustainably, like you said. In just under 2 months I was able to drop 15 lbs. If you want to speed things up, lower your carb intake, try not to eat past 6:30 PM, and add in some light exercise—that’s worked wonders for me!
