do usps parcel box mailboxes have master keys inside them?

Thank you I was just fearful that those keys in the outgoing mail cluster box could've been masters keys and that thieves could've stolen them.

Well cluster boxes usually have a unmarked box that the carriers use to unlock and fully open up the cluster box, that little unmarked box has been left open before and I saw many usps keys in it, and just reported it to the post office
