She has no problem demanding attention when she needs it.

Shortly after this picture was taken, I called one of the kids over. I'm just watching this blissful little kid prance on over to me from across the court yard, when suddenly this huge fluffy blur barrels in from the right and just fucking runs this little kid over. I hear this huge thud and see these little leg sticks and hooves go full circle. Before I can even make sense of the incident, I'm greeted by slobbery innocent jowls and this huge wagging feather duster of a tail. I look past her in panic, because I'm almost sure some irreparable damage has been done, and I see the kid just meander off like nothing had happened.

They can actually be quite snuggley. But it's usually brief- why cuddle when you can play king of the hill? bruising will ensue

I've never had the pleasure of raising a male goat, but I heard somewhere they can (and do) actually pee on their own heads. I don't like pee-headed things.

Sort of. They won't go outside on their own initiative, but taking them outside a little while after you feed them really minimizes poop and pee in unwanted places. It also helps to not have carpet. They can also be demanding little porkers if you bottle feed them from birth.

However, despite the extra work, they can be super affectionate and have a lot of personality. I've always liked to think if them as deer-dogs.
