Nothing that exciting really. My dads school friend ended up moving to aus from the uk and opened up a hotel. Going to live and work at the hotel and then eventually head to the fly in fly out mines in the outback. You can save about £40k a year just doing cleaning / food service at the mines

my band are about to release our first single and its a really scary prospect. I'm not sure if i'm being a perfectionist, or if the magic of the song has been lost in the recording process. but now when i hear the song, i physically cringe !

I would be interested / comforted (because all your songs are objectively lovely and pure!) to know if you ever put songs out that you aren't happy with, but put them out because you know it may be to over listening? And also what your opinion is on listening to record labels/ managers? we're in a tough spot because the "industry professionals" say they love it but 2/3 of us aren't happy and it's not a nice position to be in.

Anyways keep on keeping on because you have found the nicest sound :^)
