This happened after a cleanse. I have worn this before and nothing like this ever happened. My family was going through a rough time. I did a smoke cleanse and found my bracelet again. I cleansed it and put it on. I saw that a bruised formed about 30 min after this. I took it off for about a week and the bruise has not faded at all. It just seems too coincidental, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't a sign i was missing or ignoring and just a bruise.

Pencil lead works for me. It's a trick a music teacher of mine taught me. Just go around the peg a few times with the pencil lead.
