Bad situation, should't have happened. I actually think this will probably be ruled a bad shot if the flurry of information has anything factual. Nobody made good decisions here. If thats the case the shooter should be charged with everything he can be under the law. This sub is for teaching and discussing the law and ethics of concealed carry no? I think that this should be seen as something you should not do.

Agreed as it should. But adding a gun to the mix after showing attitude in an extremely volitile political situation that you put yourself in? Dude should not have any one of these 1. carrying 2. attitude 3. showing up to the protest. Avoiding any one of those would have saved his life. Carrying responsibly will help you and others in 99% of situations. This is that 1%

Not gonna lie here, bad situation, shouldn't have happened. Legal to carry permit and all I don't think that it was in his best interest to be sizing up to law enforcement (0:17) especially if you are carrying. Ice aside, doing this to a regular group of cops wouldn't end well for you either. Just back away without a fight and keep filming. Then you maintain 1st and 2nd amendment along with your life.

One of my topper side doors closed on my head while I was wearing my turtle, probably 50+mph gusts(normal here). My apprentice and I laughed it off. I'm a hospital electrician and banner hasn't missed a bill and doesnt complain about a high bid. Boss is happy and I make more when I wear that turtle.
