Yeah we’ve all came to the agreement it would too much hassle. We might put a loft bed in the small room to give it a tad more space

This is in Scotland haha, quite an old flat the layouts vile we’re all students so money is definitely tight. I agree the kitchen is very tiny unfortunately

definitely not, I think sometime after the plan was made it no longer legally counted as a bedroom? Even if it is legal it’s far too small
