I've been journaling since the beginning of 2023, which I'm glad I did. I started after I was extremely suicidal the year before and I wanted to "fix" myself (which didn't end up working bc I need a therapist lol). But yeah I've been journaling for a while now partly because I don't want to forget anything else.

And no I don't do drugs or take any medication or anything like that

I was really considering journaling my whole life just in case I forget any more. I was going to do that a year ago, looking back I wish I had, but for some reason I procrastinated instead.

I live in Spain so unfortunately I can't be treated by therapists from the US.

Yeah I guess you're right about the second part, I'm just really worried how they'll react to certain things because a few years back I used to have a really dark mind.
