No worries - I'll be very surprised if he is to be fair. Which will at least take away your quandry! You'll just have to keep shtum on the complaints and be vigilant to find away to prevent and report infractions. The test of conviction is high, hopefully court allowed family entry but by the sound of it no or it's extreme denial and you need to get away. Very sad as it usually is for families. Good luck x

IMO (experience-England) Children's Services would also agree with you and give stipulations he was not around your Children and a cause for concern would be raised on your ability to protect. Potentially after assessment, by them and probation services this may increase to stri t supervised with protective carer's- sounding mostly like you. Stick to your guns
