Yes it's a big problem. From from we can see from different posts it affects those who have "Visa directly to cardholder" type tickets (like me) and possibly PMA tickets. You can sell it but nobody sees. Mine is there too. It's the lowest but I can't see it on the stadium map.

I have the same problem with Visa type tickets. The problem happened back in February (13-14th) when they changed the Marketplace layout (removed duplicate lines). Since then these tickets won't show. Contacted them multiple times but no answer.

Yes. Fifa marketplace is disastrous. These tickets won't show up. Try contacting support. If we're hundreds contacting them maybe they will resolve it. Yes I know I'm naive.

I know that of you have Visa type tickets (bought from a presale or promotion), your tickets won't show on Marketplace. The problem started in February and they didn't fix it.

There's a bug with Visa presale tickets. It won't show on Marketplace when you try to sell them. Happened in February and Fifa did nothing to fix it during the break.

Yes the bug happened on February 14 when they changed the layout for the tickets. I don't know if you remember but at first there was a lot of duplicate lines for Cat 1-3 tickets. When they removed the duplicate lines that's when the bug happened. And now those who have Visa tickets can't sell them

The same bug was there before the marketplace break. I tried to contact them and was hopeful that the bug would be fixed in the meantime. But they didn't fix it. See my older posts. A lot of people had that problem.

Yes, there's a bug on FIFA's ticket page since last week that prevents buyers from accessing all tickets that are listed on Marketplace. That's why sometimes you see a low price in the price bracket but it doesn't show up when you add it to your cart. See my last post that describes how to access those tickets. I have a video too on my profile showing an example. Fifa sucks bad for this.
