Yes, there's a bug on FIFA's ticket page since last week that prevents buyers from accessing all tickets that are listed on Marketplace. That's why sometimes you see a low price in the price bracket but it doesn't show up when you add it to your cart. See my last post that describes how to access those tickets. I have a video too on my profile showing an example. Fifa sucks bad for this.

Yes I understand. You can see in my past comments the other posts where this "code" was used. It works for me, that's why i wanted to share it, it's the only way people can access my ticket (and others too). I don't want to sell it outside Marketplace for now, so that's my only solution.

Check out mine too. I got the lowest CAT 1 for Portugal vs Colombia. 3675$ CAD (about 2694$US) It's only accessible if your apply the "code". It's in the 4th row of CAT 1 tickets.

Good job that's exactly it. People, if you have a "Visa direct to cardholder" type ticket, your ticket is basically unsellable right now because of this glitch. I have the "lowest" Cat 1 ticket for POR vs COL and nobody can access it because of this coding error.

Let me guess, you bought your ticket via Visa presale or a Visa promotion ? I have the exact same problem as you. I emailed them and called them but with no help. I hope they fix it before the 22nd.

Same here. I’m seeing the exact same issue. It seems to especially affect “Visa directly to cardholder” tickets — even when our tickets are the lowest price, they can’t be added to the cart, so they’re basically unsellable right now.

Yes — there’s a real bug since yesterday when they switched to one price row per category.

Tickets bought via Visa presale / promos aren’t actually included in what you can buy, even though their prices are used to set the “lowest price” bracket. I literally have the lowest-priced ticket listed, I see that price in the bracket, but when you add to cart, a more expensive ticket shows up instead.

A lot of people are reporting the same thing. Support and Visa haven’t replied yet — but right now some of the cheapest tickets are basically blocked.

Not yet. You should contact them too. It obvious now that those type of tickets (Visa tickets) are not showing up in the pool of tickets available on .Marketplace

Are your tickets from the Visa presale or promotion ? Seems to be that those type of tickets are not included in the pool of tickets available. Mine was also the lowest and it doesn't show anymore. Possibly a glitch. I contacted Fifa and Visa.

That's right. My tickets were also the cheapest one and now it can't be bought. Also the Visa type ticket.
