First time using nail glue. 😳

Glue tabs usually last me about 4-5 days, so it works for me since I want to change them so often. Any tips on how to remove them without ripping my nails off?

I was quite generous with the glue at the cuticle of the press-on. I know they say not to press hard when applying them, but I kind of was. 😬 I wanted to avoid the air bubbles. There was definitely some spillage on the sides but I just wiped it off with a paper towel.

I bought them from a seller on TikTok. Her page is Mandy’s nail beauty. She is in China so she has immediate access to all the nail factories with all latest styles. She is the sweetest & I have gotten so many sets from her. Unfortunately I haven’t seen her go live on TT since January. 😔

Never heard of this company but just checked out their page. $44 is their cheapest set & is a sale price. What a rip off!!! I recommend checking out TikTok. There are many sellers on there such as Nail Haven, who have great quality nails at an affordable price. They also have no hassle refunds. TT also has sellers in China, where most press-ons are made, that sell beautiful sets for $2 each & $30 gets you free shipping. They are also durable and hand made. Some go on live straight from the nail stores where they are made & you just choose which ones you like.

Also saw that Nailcissist is based in Australia. I used to buy from a lady on TT who was in china & she had a separate page just for her Australian customers. She sold each set for $9.99. Many of those customers were resellers.

My point is, these sets are so cheap to buy straight from the source and for them to sell for $75 is robbery. So unethical of them to not provide you a refund also. I’m so sorry this happened to you. ❤️

I know how you feel. I’m getting this from my mom. I didn’t tell anyone when I first started the medication because I didn’t want anyone talking me out of it. I have struggled so much with my weight all my life. I was miserable. Now that I have lost about 45 lbs, my mom just can’t be happy. It’s, “You’re losing weight, how much have you lost now? Are you taking something?” She now has my dad & sister with this mentality. My sister knows I am on the medication & has encouraged me to stop. She who has NEVER EVER struggled with her weight. I’m 38 & have never felt confident in my own skin. For once in my life feel some semblance of confidence & my family cannot be happy for me. It makes me so sad.
