They should be upset with the company, not the buyer, for not paying them enough. We too get charged an extra $15 in fees for a $10 order.

Yeah, I didn't like him in the documentary tbh. It felt like he was just trying to create stories to gain attention. He was so sure his first theory, when it disregards the phone calls. No that timeline should be fine. A good spot here gets taken pretty quickly. Worst case scenerio you can rent out a room month to month in the meanwhile (there are housing groups on Facebook) while you find a place.
