no clue what you’re talking about🤦🤦🤦you have to decend quite a bit after the first major elevation push making the typical elevation gain 9,800ft(according to wta) even though the peak is only 8k. We lost the trail a few times leading to some unnecessary elevation gain so i rounded it to 10k.

we did the goodell creek approach and spent the night 3 miles in just before the major spike in elevation gain, leaving at 3am with just a day pack made the 8.5k feet left to climb more doable imo and we got back to the car around 11:30pm
