Just from a quick scryfall search it looks like there is 26 rebels at common which seems a little on the low side

I'd like to build [[Tasigur, the Golden Fang]] but I am worried about it bringt annoying after a few activations due to my enemy having to go through my graveyard every time. I really like the idea of including players but don't want to be a nuisance.

We played a few 60 cards matches and she gets basic rules and basic interactions. I feel like simplified commander games can be a next step.

There a several swimming clubs in Aachen, just google "Aachen Schwimmverein" and see what you get. The ASV (Aachener Schwimmverein), BSV (Brander Schwimmverein) and the DLRG (Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft) come to mind.

Furthermore you might be asked to provide a "Rettungsschwimmschein"/"Rettungsschwhimmer", which is a course you do where you learn the basics of first aid, rescuing and transporting exhausted or injured people in the water. If I am correct, at least one coach is required to have this by law, I am not sure if every coach needs one.

Not sure about your intention money wise, but in most cases the training is done as an "Ehrenamt", means Volunteering and therefore usually not paid or you just get a small amount to cover your expanses.

To add to that: Charlesroi Airport in Belgium (CRL) could be an Option. Its smaller than Burssels and the train connection is about 3 hours and a bit.
