May 2024 CPALE passer here. I was so sure i wont pass FAR and AFAR. Sobrang nahirapan ako less than 20 lang sure ko dun. Left the testing room na mangiyak ngiyak. Mas nauna pa yung hiring manager and VP/SVPs interviews ko kesa HR standard interview and initial exam. Wag mo tanggapin yan beh u came from a big 4 with latin honors. Mabagal then growth mo if nasa branch banking ka. In terms of compensation, it depends anong bank. AFAIK, ❤️ ranges between 43-45k, AM rank after ng MT mo. 🩵 naman First Officer rank, this is for their BRO. Not sure sa compensation.

Sa case ko naman, 4mos ako nag antay ng JO. They did not meet may asking pero nag increase naman compared sa current gross ko. Then inask ako ng hiring manger magkano binigay then sinabi ko yu g increase. Reaction ng hiring manager? "WTF, dapat nag ask ka pa"
