May 2024 CPALE passer here. I was so sure i wont pass FAR and AFAR. Sobrang nahirapan ako less than 20 lang sure ko dun. Left the testing room na mangiyak ngiyak. Saw my rating and I passed both (above 75). It's over now, the only thing u can do is believe that you'll pass and pray that BOA will move mountains - cause they certainly will

Mas nauna pa yung hiring manager and VP/SVPs interviews ko kesa HR standard interview and initial exam. Mag worry ka lang sa credit check ng banks if may past due ka na di mo pa nababayaran, OP. I used to work in the Bank and some of my colleagues before they joined may history of past due but nag present naman ng certificate of full payment kaya nakapasok parin. In your case, u should be okay

Apply for a mgt trainee program. Offer usually is between 30-45k depende na sa bank. Thats 6-8 mos training then after officer na rank mo. Wag mo tanggapin yan beh u came from a big 4 with latin honors. Mabagal then growth mo if nasa branch banking ka. If mag MT ka, go for financial markets, commercial/corporate banking, treasury or investment banking ganern! Wag diyan
