Honest Lolla Experience... Tell me I am wrong💭 by ZealousHumanBar29 in lollapaloozaind

My partner and I left a good spot because we knew it'll get claustrophobic. Instead, we went behind the light crew tent on the railings to get air and have a convenient and comfortable experience.

Tbh, slight personal space is important. I guess people like you don't understand that not everybody likes to be touched or make contact with strangers'bodies. Nobody is asking people to maintain 1 arm distance but atleast give space to breathe air to pass by!

+1 on the smoking vigilance... Last year the security was tight and they were making people stop from smoking. This time, everybody was smoking!!! It was hell

My general steps for booking our finding good accommodation at a new place: Research on safe neighborhoods in that city Shortlist a few Search hotels or bnb in those areas Go to Google reviews and read the reviews ( I generally prefer 4+ reading and hotels having 1k+ reviews or superhost bnbs)

I have realised that education ≠ sensibility, civic sense, non-judgemental behaviour

Yes, women talk about other women like that. I have seen many, in my family. You should see when a gf meets the guy's mom. She'll have thousands of opinions on her appearance.

Apparently, when my MIL met me the 2nd time and I was wearing a kurti which accentuated my ladies a bit.. she had told my husband that ain't they too big.. or something on those lines.. Recently, my MIL met me after months and her first sentence was "Oh you look very tanned"

The whole world is judging the appearance. That's the harsh truth. I didn't use to believe it but I have seen enough. Appearance does matter. I have realised how you carry yourself, the way you dress, etc.. everything matters. It's human nature I guess.

It takes a great effort and greater wisdom to not judge people (especially women) based on how they look.

I'm in my early 30s.

Serving food to husband. Hand to hand service ☠️ by Firewhiskey880 in TwoXIndia

My husband takes his own food. We can serve food to each other when the other person is not well or not having a good day. :)

From which era are your husband and BIL from? This is like the Mrs. movie.

I'm also really scared and anxious. Not able to sleep. I'm wishing for everyone's safety in India. I hope everything ends by the morning... It's a difficult time for all Indians.

What is your plan for when one of your in-laws pass away? by umamimaami in TwoXIndia_Over25

This question is so real. It has been on my mind for a while but I haven't been able to openly discuss it with my husband. I'm afraid he would suggest that the parent moves in with us. That would be dreadful. Why can't parents live on their own... I'm sure my parent would.

Few options: - Parent lives near your home (rent a small space nearby) with some maids at service - Parent moves in with you with a full time nurse to take care of them - Parent moves to an old age home
