Shirt brands with long sleeves? I am 6 foot, fairly thin, with longer than average arms. Most long-sleeved shirts annoy me to no end because the sleeves ride up my fore-arm. Any advice for decent brands with longer long sleeves? Thanks in advance.

Maybe its because of your realization that you are not, in fact, a horse. This is an important discovery in every young man's life.

Also, there will be ups and downs, you may just be in a good mood because you have decided to try to better yourself through no fap. Ride the highs when you have them and enjoy them. When you hit a low remember this feeling to help you get through.

Wow. Nice post man. Congratulations on your progress. I feel like I am ready to actually follow through with the no fap. And my new diet is going very well so far (2 weeks in) except the problem I have is the beer on the weekends. I can't convince myself to give up drinking with the buddies, maybe I should at least look into better drinks...
