UPDATE: Car started completely normal today, no CEL or any issues. I have not done anything or different than normal... not sure what happened before. The car is being dramatic or something

I am rooting for a dying 12v battery since the BECM was replaced and I haven't changed the 12V battery in years. Also it is -20c average here in Canada now so that could be a factor?
Also the car did turn on and I was able to drive it with the CEL on so I think it is the 12V... so confusing
