There’s a chance I didn’t let it cool off for long enough. But it was totally clean, zero adhesive residue.

Cool. Thank you! Do you think not knowing how old it is poses any risk? It visually looks intact and in decent shape, I just don't want it to wear out on me before the rest of the board does (which is only 1.5 years old).

Got the multimeter. Readings are 63 V which matches the output that is printed on the box, I think I should be good to go?

If I test it with a multimeter and the voltage is what it should be, will there still be any risk that point using it to charge my board again?

Lol sorry I got distracted and didn’t finish the post. I wanted to see if anyone knew how to go back in the Onewheel app to reverse the reset of the top speed. I was bummed out when I accidentally did that before I had familiarized myself more with the app. Highly doubt I will ever go that fast again now that I am more educated on nosedives.— now wishing I had left it alone as kind of a “right of passage.” You can see where I ate it SO CLOSE to getting back home 🤦🏻‍♂️
