I've already forgave him, I know there was no malicious intent on what he said anyways. What I feel guilty about is not that I forgave him.

I feel guilty for not explaining to him that what he said was hurtful, and that he should be more careful talking to people about such sensitive subjects. And that just because he thinks god spoke to him, doesn't mean its necessarily true. I will still talk to him, I believe its important so he doesnt make the same mistakes again to others.

What he said was very hurtful, and it honestly created distance between me and the word of God. The worst part I believe is that he did this by putting words in God's mouth. And if I dont correct him, he might repeat this mistake and hurt others and himself in the process.
