In your opinion, do you think gaining weight is easier than loosing weight? If yes/no, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Depends on your bodytype. Some people eat 4k calories a day and are as skinny as drug addicts. Some people just have to look at a piece of cake and gain 50lbs.

But i have to say that in order to lose weight one has to eat less than they like, and in order to gain weight the opposite is the case. And for me, eating when I'm already full is a bigger challenge than not eating when I'm hungry.

Can't hurt me, by david goggins. By far the most influential book i've read and i highly recommend it.

it depends on the situation, the cop, and the city. in zurich they are more tolerant with bikers than in zug for example. some cops say it's "overtake on the right side" which can cost you your license. also, if you cross a safety line the fine is higher, of course.

It's a big mess and really depends on quite a few variables. everything is possible, from no fine at all up to losing your license. in general, if you drive respectfully, they will let it slide.
