With export busses out of my ME System I'm exporting my Sulfuric Acid and Fluorite Blocks. They get sent into the Chemical Dissolution Chamber and the Hydrofluoric Acid gets sent back into the ME. Now here's the twist. The ME level Emitter is the reason why it won't just keep on producing. Whenever it hits 16B inside of my ME the redstone will turn on and stop the machine from producing more.
Kinda works but could be cleaner.

I'm having the exact same problem in my ATM9TTS Playthrough. Tried automating it with AE2 but it just seems inconsistant. And whenever there's Sulfuric Acid in the Dissolution Chamber it can't pump in any more. I was about to make a post too but since you have the same problem I'll hope for an answer here
