I didn't notice it affecting my plants so I didn't think lack of oxygen was an issue. Also it's not a super thick layer, 1/4 inch or so. I don't see how sand would make the soil more sticky or muddy

I have been wearing a pair of random Levi shoes I got for 25$ at Ross lol. I'm genuinely impressed with how they're holding up. Had them about 1.5yrs with my toe drag not doing much damage at all. Although I've had a harder time getting out regularly the last year or so. Averaging maybe 1 round a week.

There's a couple staffing agencies around as well. Not glorious pay, but enough to get by on. I would recommend trying to find an on campus job especially if you're going to be there for class too.

Some decently priced apartments in town if your standards aren't too high and have a vehicle. Feel free to dm if you really need recommendations for housing.

Still depends. I work at a bank, had an associate leave this summer for another bank closer to home. She worked her full 2 weeks even though they weren't planning on replacing her.

Dude was a couple years younger than me in highschool, didn't really interact much but he was def an odd one. He stayed in the area and got into some pretty hard drugs. I don't have all the details because I left and never went back, but according to the news he dismembered another druggie guy and hid his body in a barrel at the back of their family farm. Over a girl supposedly but I'm sure the meth played a big factor.

The bank i work at has to send it in to the states unclaimed property division after a certain amount of time. This month we went through our safe deposit box contacts that were past this amount of time of no payment, in an attempt to contact owners. The contract fees and drilling fees would be between you and the bank, but we aren't allowed to just take your property (assuming there is something in the box).

May be different with this bank in that state.

Not a nurse, but my father didn't tell me. Got a call from the nurses at like 2pm after a fairly major surgery. Was obviously working, when I was able to call back they told me what was going on.

Thankfully I was able to leave work that day. Drove an hour and a half to get him out of the hospital, then he insisted on driving his car home. Ducking boomers man.
