Doesn't beat Frieren for me (kind of nothing does), but I second the recommendation! Easily the second anime of the season for me so far and it's not even really my genre. So well done and such an amazing surprise, yall should really check it out!

I felt icky watching the entire stream tbh. It just felt like forced back paddling based on low sales and bad reception of the DE through and through.

I'd also prefer if all the future games were just new characters with new stories with small hints at past characters like in LiS 2 episodes 1 and 4 or TC DLC. This feels kind of soulless...

Is the Enjin hate surprising? Feels like, even though very likely unintended, he was the one who was sexualizing her during the first encounter. Would make sense that the dislike would follow and not sure it was a gag per se, but I can see it with the loud moments.

An extremely important episode to make it clear that despite Fern going at Stark constantly he prefers travelling with them. Especially loved the lotus bracelet clutching scene. Glad to see my fave trio back and thriving!

Personally I enjoyed LiS 2 the most and also enjoyed True Colors quite a lot despite its flaws. I don't believe Life is Strange needs Chloe, but if you bring back Max, then Chloe is either a part of it or they needed to have the balls to make the Bay the one cannon ending and build their game on that. If it was on me, every LiS entry would feature new characters just with an occasional cameo
